Summer of 2011 found Mentoring Peace Through Art creating seven murals in Minneapolis, with the help of extraordinary volunteers, five interns from the City of Minneapolis’ STEP-Up program and youth sentenced to work with us through Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative.
